• •Plan subscription status and remaining ticket count
• •Browser/OS information and IP address (only as necessary for fraud detection)

Information is used to provide and improve the Service, analyze usage, detect fraud, support users, and comply with applicable laws. We will not use information beyond the above purposes without the user's consent.

The Service uses the following processors and providers:

• •Supabase Inc. (USA) — database and authentication backend
• •Vercel Inc. (USA) — web hosting
• •Anthropic, PBC (USA) — generation of AI area summary (only the address is transmitted; no user personal information is sent)
• •Stripe Inc. (USA) — payment processing (after implementation)

We will not provide personal information to any third party other than the above, except where required by law.

The Service uses minimal cookies necessary to maintain login state. We do not currently use any analytics tools; should we introduce them in the future, this Policy will be updated and announced.

Account information and search history are retained until the user deletes their account. Upon deletion, all data is immediately and permanently removed and is gradually deleted from backups (backup retention up to 30 days).

Users may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information. Search history can be viewed and full account deletion can be performed from "Settings" in My Page. Other requests may be sent via the Contact link in the footer.

This Policy may be amended in response to changes in laws or business operations. Significant changes will be announced on the Service.
