Terms of service

These Terms apply to all matters related to the provision of the Service. By using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Service uses email-based Magic Link authentication to create accounts. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information. Transferring or lending the account to a third party is prohibited.

Upon registration, the Service provides one free trial search. Further searches require a subscription plan or purchase of additional tickets.

Tickets are valid for 1 year from the most recent activity (search consumption or purchase). Each consumption or new purchase within this period automatically extends the expiration of all held tickets to one year from that activity date.

Even after a subscription is canceled, held tickets remain usable under the same activity-extension rule.

The Service is limited to the organization and display of public data (from government agencies, OpenStreetMap, MLIT Real Estate Information Library, etc.). It does not score, rate, or recommend areas in any way.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or recency of provided data. Please always verify primary sources before making important decisions (real estate transactions, relocation, etc.).

Users must not engage in any of the following while using the Service:

• •Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• •Reverse engineering or automated mass access (scraping, etc.)
• •Reselling or redistributing data from the Service
• •Harassing, defaming, or facilitating discriminatory treatment of other users or third parties
• •Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service

The operator bears no responsibility for any decisions or actions taken by users based on data provided by the Service. The Service may also become temporarily unavailable due to outages or changes in external APIs, data inaccuracies, or similar causes.

Users may delete their account at any time from the "Settings" page in My Page. Upon deletion, all account information, search history, and remaining tickets are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

The operator may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms become effective when posted on the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
